Meet Paris Kilps | Your Pickens County, SC Realtor

Hi, I’m Paris!

I’m a REALTOR® with Signature Homes Realty, and I help people find their place in the Upstate, from the little foothill towns of Pickens and Oconee counties to lake life on Keowee and Jocassee and everything in between.

About five years ago, my husband, our three kids, and I made the move to the Upstate ourselves. We didn’t know exactly where we wanted to land. That experience shapes everything I do. I know how exciting (and a little overwhelming) it is to choose a new town, and I love helping families, retirees, and anyone craving a slower pace find the right fit.

Whether you’re relocating from out of state, looking for a little land with no HOA, or moving across the county, I’ll help you figure out which town fits your life, and I’ll go at your pace. No pressure, ever.

I’d love to help you find your place from the foothills to the peaks.
